  On Monday I was stocking up on dog food for our frenchie... I typically would buy a month or two's worth in one go. But...On Wednesday our dog died very very suddenly. And having the two months of food sitting around was making me upset, so i went to see if i could returned the unopened stuff today. The girl on the counter today and the manager (carly?) where so lovely to me when i burst into tear unable to speak and were so understanding. Which is super lovely to see people being human and not "just at work".

  I've been into the Ashfield store a bunch of times since it opened. The staff were always super friendly when we brought in our dog - sneeking him treats for high fives, and helpful if we had any specific questions.

  Quick and easy to get to accessible parking, great staff so helpful and keen to go an extra mile. Clean and tidy shop with loads of products and love how its hardly ever crowded.
