    Don't do it. They do not have your best interest. I approached the Ashfield branch with a genuine matter and they dropped it, leaving us in the middle of a terrible situation. The absence of empathy is unfortunate.

    Just recently the receptionist told me my files were archived and my case closed whereas my case is well and truly not over.

    They took my files promised me the world and i never heard from them again. Has been well over a year. Each time i call the receptionist takes my details down and tells me i will get a call back. Never happens.
