    Extremely unprofessional , extremely poor customer service. We have been trying to contact the bloody owner for like 20 times in a day and he never picks up neither calls back. Sold us the rice that haa insects in it and we are trying to return it to his shop but is not willing to do so. He is a rip off . The staff are very very incompetent to the extent that they cannot prioritise customer complaints and enquiries. Will never go back to this shop again. The products that they sell needs to be reported to the authorities so they can come for an inspection and shut their store down.
