    Happy place to do shopping i bought a pair of boots only $12 which i found in shoe Shop outside $49THE PRICES ARE very reasonable lots of parking and weelchair accesable People are working there are very helpful any way i Go there every second week and evey week i found somthing nice and practical

    Good stuff in store but asked to speak to someone about availability of a particular item - spoke to a lady and got the answer which was no, but then started to ask another question about if she knew any other stores had any in stock and got dismissed and hung up on so rudely! Appalling phone etiquette !

    Terrible customer service that wasted my time. After checking online to ensure they had a product I was after, I called to double check it was in stock only to be told it was sold out, despite being told by other stores that they had 7 of the product I was after. The team member who I spoke to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, she didn't even leave her desk to check her stocks. We drove to Ashfield just in case and there was the product we wanted, four of them on the shelf.
