    These guys do a good job most of the time they complete the repairs on time and the work is excellent. The only issue I have is there complimentary car wash is rubbish, my vehicle is never cleaned very well to the point on one occasion I had to take the car to another car wash to get it washed again.

    Service is consistently bad, bought a new car from day one with a small defect that they deferred and it's been a year and still the issue is still not fixed because they can't diagnose it but acknowledges the fault. Not only that, I have to consistently send the car back for repeated follow-ups after servicing to only be told we'll get a technician to diagnose and come back on another appointment for the issue they absurdly caused during servicing to begin with. Agree with the other reviewer, the ratings are inflated and seriously bad. This will be the last time I get my car serviced by this dealer.

    They tested it overnight & found it was leaking out the exhaust system. They contacted Holden, got the whole thing fixed under warranty. And organised for a replacement Commodore for the days & long weekend they did the work.

    Just had my first service with Muirs and I am very impressed. They picked the car up from my office and delivered it back on the same day all clean and shiny. They did an extra small job at no charge, checked out all the recall issues and all this for their guaranteed fixed price service fee. Wow. I have owned expensive European cars for years and have NEVER experienced this level of service at these prices. Go Muirs

    Our 9 mth old Captiva had a coolant leak. I took it to Northside Holden twice, they failed to find the problem. So they tried to convince my wife that the car was actually OK, as coolant levels rise & fall. Ours kept falling to empty & overheating.
