    Visited this shop and was very disappointed with the service. The old lady there is rude & has no product knowledge. Won't be recommending this business.

    Worst place ever sold be a torn tube, and squeaky breaks and their service only cleaned my bike

    Got my gear shifters replaced which was fine however I asked them to adjust the front detailler because it kept touching the chain and even after they 'adjusted' it it still touched the chain. I told the guy that it was making clicking noises but he insisted that he couldn't hear anything (he was riding at 2km/h...) pretty terrible job and then pretending you can't hear the chain touching the derailler.

    Thanks John Michel for the great buying experience of getting my first E-bike. Your team there at Ashfield Cycles: Nicola, Emily and Andrew were fantastic to deal with and very helpful in getting me and my wife set up with the correct size bike... and the Specialized Turbo Vado is a hoot to ride. All smiles

    Very happy with service. I stopped in hoping to have rear wheel trued and was pleased to be leaving shop in quick time with wheel trued and brake adjusted. Will be back!
