    45 min wait... lots of seniors go to this branch in the mornings

    Small branch located close to train station with atms out the front. Had a good experience at this branch with friendly staff who went out of their way to help with a situation a little outside the usual. They offer foreign language support and also have a coin counting machine at this branch. Open Monday to Thursday till 4pm and Fridays till 5 pm.

    My friend linh bui at the beginning was served by the guy named stephen kelly and his behavior was very disgusting to a customer and he told my friend off in a rude manner saying we should use the machine instead and we come to this bank sometimes to check our accounts to a teller next time we won't come if this behavior continues

    Very unprofessional and rude. Especially the Chinese staff. Not recommended. Go to burwood next door.
